Poverty in Nepal And Its Remedy

Poverty is a widespread problem in our country Nepal.25.16 percent of total population of Nepal lives below absolute poverty according to Nepal living standard survey 2066\67.Absolute poverty is more concentrated in rural area.The gap between the rich  and poor is widening as the level of urban poverty is decreasing at a faster rate than the rural poverty.Poverty is the root cause of various existing problems of Nepal like population growth,environmental degardation,any many social evils etc.

        As number  of people are unemployed in Nepal unemployment is the major cause of poverty.Poverty can be eliminated by creating more employment opportunities.Employment opportunities can be created by increasing investment in various sectors like industries,trade and agriculture etc. When people get employment their economic condition improves and ultimately results in the redemption of poverty.

Nepalese Chitrakala(paintings)

Our traditions,culture and customs,are reflected in our art and we feel proud of our traditional art.Most of the Nepali art are related to religious and social aspects of country's people.Nepal art speak about the tales of dities along with the various cultural practices.Our life style,level of thinking and patterns of behaviour are reflected in our paintings.Nepalese chitrakala are the reflection of our civilized culture.They are of very high standard and very unique in the world.Nepalese paintings are historical,distinct from other,extraodinary,spiritual and divine.Nepalese chitrakala can be divided into three categories i.e paintings,sculpture and architecture.Our paintings help to promote our glorious life styles and culture in one hand and on other hand they increase tourist's attraction towards Nepal and make a contribution for sustainabilitry in income generating for Nepalese.

Physical structure of motherland Nepal

Nepal has about 83% of its area mountanious.Within the span of about 200Km,the altitude varies from 61 meters from the sea level to 8848 meters which is top of the world.In fact  this is the greatest altitudinal variation in world.This distinguishing feature of Nepal has a great diversity in terms of topography,climate,flora,fauna and lifestyle of Nepalese.Physically Nepal can be divided into three regions.
Mountain Region
Mountain region lies in northen part of Nepal.It covers 15% of Nepal's total area.The area above the height of 3300meters is considered as mountain region.This region has got three different division-Outer himalayans along the border of Nepal and Tibet in western section of the country,great himalays being the main part with various noticable ranges and peaks.

Hilly Region

It covers 68% of total area of Nepal.The area between 600m and 3300m falls under this belt.To the south  of himalays hilly region extends mainly in east to west.

Terai Region
 Terai region covers about 17% of country's total aerea. The land from 61m to 600m with the width of 25 to 32 km comes in this belt.This region is the most fertile.This is the most densly populated part of Nepal.

Unity in Diversity

Our country Nepal is a land of diversity.In Nepal diversity is found in terms of race,religion,language,caste,culture,lifestyle etc.Our traditions,manners,behaviour,tastes,thinking and dresses has got a great diversity.We speak different languages,wear different coustumes,think differently from each other yet we all are the children of mother Nepal.Unity in diversity characteristics of ou culture makes us distinct from many other countries.Motto of Nepal's people is to live in harmony and in peaceful manner.There is religious tolerance in Nepal.Though we follow different different religion and culture but we celebrate the religious festival and culture of other religion with great respect and lots of joy.It has been our nature and tradition to respect one another's culture.We all nepalese brother and sister are always ready to help each other and we all feel proud to be nepelese
